How much does it cost to place a classified ad on FortCampbellForSale.com? There are three classified ad packages available. The "Ad without a Photo", the "Photo Ad" where you can include one photograph with your classified ad and the "Featured Photo Ad" where you can include up to 4 photos and your classified ad will show up randomly on the home page of our website. All packages run for 30 days. Currently our pricing is as follows: Ad without a Photo = Free Remember that classified ads with photos are viewed more frequently and sell better. PRICES OF AD PACKAGES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE!!! Your free ad will run for the full 30 days - you will not be charged when our prices change. What are the rules for placing an ad on this site? You may not provide any content or perform any conduct that may be unlawful, illegal, threatening, harmful, abusive, harassing, stalking, tortuous, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, offensive, objectionable, pornographic, designed to or does interfere or interrupt this web site or any service provided, infected with a virus or other destructive or deleterious programming routine, give rise to civil or criminal liability, or which may violate an applicable local, national or international law; YOU MAY NOT PLACE PERSONAL ADS ON OUR WEBSITE. If you put a classified ad on our site that violates any of these terms your ad will be removed from our web site and your money will not be refunded. All sales are FINAL. Is my E-mail address viewable on FortCampbellForSale.com? No. To protect you from spamming your E-mail address will not show up on our site. Instead, buyers can E-mail you by clicking on a link that says "Contact Seller". Remember though - if you E-mail the buyer back, your address will be viewable to them. Can I include a phone number instead of having potential buyers E-mail me? Yes. You must put your phone number in the item description and request that they phone you with questions rather than email you. The phone number that you provide during registration is not viewable on the web site, so if you want for them to call you - include your phone number in your description. How do I tell how many people have viewed my classified ad? Go to your listing on FortCampbellForSale.com. "Total Views" is the number of times that your item has been viewed. What other ways is my registration information used? Your registration information is only used for this site. We will never sell your name or give out contact information to anyone. Buyers can E-mail you from our site but your address is not viewable. PLEASE NOTE: If you E-mail back a potential buyer, your address will be available to them. My item sold. How do I take my ad down? Log in to your account in FortCampbellForSale.com. In the menu on the left side of the screen click on "Modify an Ad". Click on "Delete" in the line of the ad that you would like to take off of the site. Make sure that you really want to delete the ad - once you delete it, it is gone forever. Can I change my classified ad or the photo(s) that I have posted? Yes, you can change your ad at any time during the time that it is active. Log into your account in FortCampbellForSale.com. Click on "Modify" in the line of the ad that you would like to change. My item sold in the first week. Can I get a refund for days that my ad is not used? No. All sales are final. Money cannot be refunded. The home page of FortCampbellForSale.com has featured listings. How can I get my classified ad to appear there? Featured ads are randomly selected from classified ads placed on FortCampbellForSale.com with the Featured Photo Ad package. The classified ad that I placed has disappeared or is not active on the site. What happened? This could be for a few reasons... Your classified ad will run for 30 days. If it has been 30 days your ad has disappeared because your time has expired. We may have removed your classified ad due to it being offensive or illegal. We reserve the right to remove ads from our site at any time. We will only do this if the classified ad that you placed is offensive or illegal. If you have placed such an ad it will be removed and your money will not be refunded. Read the Terms of Use for more information.
